Two Pages

For those of you who have wondered about the term, Born again believer, and what that means, first you should know that that edict comes directly from the mouth of Jesus, and not from any mortal man.
He spoke these words to one of the chief priests of the Jews, a man named Nicodemus. The exact quote goes something like this, No man can enter the Kingdom of Heaven, unless he be born again. Being mortal, Nicodemus missed completely the spiritual meaning, and responded to Jesus, How can a man enter the womb a second time? Jesus of course was speaking of spiritual matters, and only after the full impact of the murder of Jesus for the false claim of blasphemy, did Nicodemus and other men come to understand the prophecies regarding the coming of the Lamb of God. That being, that Messiah would come twice, the first time as a lamb to the slaughter, and the second as the Lion, who comes this time in judgement. His second coming, the one of judgement and restoration, is now very close.
What being, born again really means, is to cast off the restraints of the religions of men, and except who Jesus is, and that without him, you have no chance of entering the Kingdom, and so rejecting his offer of eternal life with him.
Born again believers, know all that I just told you, and except it as true. But still you say, What does it mean to be one of these believers? What it is really, is the casting off of all the doctrines of men, opting instead, to be born into the family of God, and by so doing, being privy to the wisdom of God. From a practical point of view, one of the first things that happens to a believer, is that a person's IQ, goes up approximately ten percent. Once this conversion is complete, you will see things from a different perspective, one of calm and peace of mind, rather then being swept up in the urgency of the moment.
What Jesus wants, what it is that he offers, is to know him personally, enough so, that you become comfortable enough to call him friend. What he does not want, is your religion.
