Introspection

   Introspection is to look within, to see yourself beyond the mirror. We see the bodies of ourselves when we look for vanity in the mirror. But you are so much more than the face you see in a mirror. The actual you is far deeper than the vanity you primp in a mirror. The real you glistens from all light like a diamond in the sun. White hot at your core, glistening with colors of every shade at the edges of the Spirit that lives within you. Scripture tells us that we were made in the image of God, do you understand what that means? The real us, both the us who ignore our heavenly Father, and, those of us who have already found ourselves in Him, everyone. Before you search for the wisdom of the Most High, you must first know yourself, defects flaws failings and all. You must first be honest with yourself before you are able to think to search the mysteries of the Lord Jesus, our Father, amen. Here's a helpful hint for a physical awakening. Instead of playing with you face while averting your eyes. Look beyond your appearance and forget your face. Instead, focus your gaze on your eyes, for the eyes are the window to the soul. To find the actual you at your essence, you should know, that there are no mirrors for the mind, and that the mind is a mirror. The holy Scriptures tell us that we were made in His image. Do you understand what that means? We've been set apart, a royal family. And here's a supernatural fact, we, like Him, are eternal creatures, or put another way, we are the space aliens. A wellspring of knowledge is available to us and we may drink of it freely. Our souls, the spirit of us shines brightly as does He.  We glow at our core, but He is white hot and powerful at his center, and that blindingly so. Further out from the white hot light, the image shimmers in many colors and different shades, He is dazzling to behold. 

  That may have seemed a long weigh to look at it, but the simple lesson is true. You must first be willing to meet you before you can look and find Jesus. Look beyond your physical self, and be willing to show your real self. The blemishes and flaws, the imperfections. We were made in His image, and so the Holy Spirit being Life, lives within each of us. The smart ones look to know Him, but the maddening noisy throngs push on by. Let them go, for they are the fools. True wisdom is very rare, stupidity though reigns supreme in the limitations of this life. 

  Introspection? Know yourself honestly first, and then seek Jesus. Christmas time is upon us again, but our Christmas celebration is actually a birthday party for the King. He, this ancient rabbi named Jesus, worship Him, for Jesus is the King of it all. 

  Love your family, hug your kids, call your dad, make this time special. Speaking of, this year, both Christmas and Chanukah are on December 25, and Chanukah ends on New Years Day. Something cosmic about that point..    

 

Celebration

   America dodged a death bullet yesterday. This morning we wake to the joy of knowing that now we can answer Ben Franklin's question posed so long ago by saying, Yes Mr. Franklin, it is a Republic, and we can keep it. Mr. Trump's return to the Presidency was perhaps the clearest choice for freedom over tyranny, made by we, the American people, in a long time. Silent no more, breath the free air again and enjoy it. But before we pour out all the accolades of praise and thanks to Donald Trump for leading this charge of patriotism, Clearly, the message was sent loud and clear to those who don't love this country. We Americans don't want communism, nor anymore marxist lectures, nor, do we want Socialism. Having finally gotten a chance to freely give our input regarding this great country, we did just that. By our vote we gave a resounding no to all the lunacy of the so called progressive left. We are happy with our Constitutional Republic and our democracy. 

  But as important as this historic vote was, it pales in comparison to the grace shown once again to this nation. God Almighty, who has watched as the country founded on his precepts became the number one country in numbers of abortion and infanticide. Besides that horrifying reality, add to that, that we are the number one producer of pornography by far in the entire world. Add to those obvious evils, that we have by vote kicked all mention of God from our children's schools, and we were well into the process of removing all mention of the God of our founding fathers from the public square. Because of this and so many other examples, God gave us mercy when we clearly deserved judgement and punishment far worse than the silliness of Kamala and the propagandists of the media pretenders. Journalism must return to reporting truthfully again, and leave their egos and agendas at the door. Simply put, a conscious return to truthful reporting. Americans returned a clear message that we her citizens would no longer tolerate the systematic dismantling of America the free, replacing it with the slow methodical march toward the tyranny of the leadership of an elite few. Our Lord and Savior chose to yet again to spare us of what we deserved, and showed mercy, to a people so deserving of judgement. What will we do with this, yet another chance, to return to to the God of our founding fathers? Will we continue to choose debauchery over Godliness, or, will we return to love and decency. So yes, by Donald Trump so soundly defeating the machine politics of greedy arrogant fools, we get a respite from the madness of the so called progressive left, but there is a caveat.  America, we must return to the God of our foundation, by whom we were founded as a sovereign nation. 

  Politics aside, though our Lord chose to dispense mercy rather than the justice we so deserve, He will not suffer with us for long if we return to the way of choosing evil over good. Praise God that He chose to give us one more chance to turn from our wicked ways and return to our first love. But know this, enjoy this newest chance to turn wrong to right again. But if we squander this latest chance to return to God Almighty and the teachings of the book of life and the teachings of Jesus who gave up his life for us, be assured, that this latest chance will be our last.  

 

Irrelevant

   If you just can't seem to remember, what it was you were thinking about before you started this, you've been side tracked. There seems no rhyme or reason for it. Out of mind long enough, it will be forgotten. Once out of mind doesn't mean gone forever. Words like spirits are eternal. Once written, spoken or thought, though they be out of mind for you, they will never be gone completely. Because, being spiritual they are eternal. There are just two ways to be a part of this world, dead, which is by far the larger part of it, or alive. It's a binary decision you might say, but then again, you might not. None the less, these two conditions though stark, are both natural by their nature.  The difference between life and death may be obvious, as seen from our current perspective, but this is because this is an example of those dimensions we spoke about earlier. If As an entity of this earth, there are but two conditions, two ways, to be on this planet. The first is most probably the largest condition by what naturally exists on this planet. More of what we see like those beautiful mountains and natural wonders are dead, they have no awareness. the somewhat smaller entity by sheer volume is living, life, ourselves, the plants and animals that exist all around us. But all of what is alive now will die eventually. We understand this, and except it as fact. All that lives will suffer the pain and loss of death. We as with all life, come into this world and grow to the maximum of our physical strength and our allotted time. Though it differs as to the person or animal as to when we have reached our natural potential as being as physically active and healthy as possible, from that pinnacle point of development the laws of entropy dictate that it is from that point we begin to die. Whatever age you believe is the point of your maximum physical prowess, it is from that point that, the short time it took to become your best physical self, the dying process begins. Everything that does live in this world will die. All life begins the death process by its aging. Even the mighty trees die, though some live to be hundreds of years old in age, whatever lives in this life, this dimension, will die. Most of, if not all you've read are natural facts of life, and are undisputed. 

  The problem arises as we consider that yes, death exists, and once dead in this dimension, most believe that life ends with physical death. But again, just as the majority of what exists on earth is dead, and that eternally so, most do not understand that for humans, as having been made in God's image, have eternal life offered to them from the same God in whose image we were created. Switching now to the more mundane realities of this our time. We are less than two weeks from a very important election. The choice has never been clearer, but it transcends the immediacy of the politics. Because beyond just the political choices which though more important today than in any time since the Civil War, comes the spiritual realities that we are also casting a vote for. We either vote to strengthen our Republic by choosing our Lord and Savior on which this country was founded, or, we pull the lever for those who will choose to continue to attempt to render the reality of a loving God irrelevant. Vote America, vote as if your life depends on it, because it does.    

Gravitational Pull

   Isn't it obvious that words are everything and everywhere? You could say with some accuracy that we are a compilation of words. The words which we heard of course, but more importantly, are the words which are of the truth. This is wisdom.

  No one would disagree that we gravitate naturally toward what is true, and cast off what is not. Why hold dear to a lie? In truth there is the light of Life, truth is the way to go, for in truth we find life. Survival is a natural instinct, it has been so from the beginning of each of us. For in our hearts is stamped the foreknowledge that we understand that truth is the essence of life, and that death comes from resistance of acknowledging that at any and all costs. 

 Though certainly a part of the cycle of life, death is the end of of all that is. When there is no sense of self, there is no life. After all, a rock is a rock is a rock.  In the famous final scene of the movie, Quasi Moto, the bell ringer at Notre Dame, has come to the place seemingly completely of no hope or future, and so he chose willingly to be a dead thing, rather than himself alive in this world in which he knew nothing but  cruelty and shame.  Holding onto a concrete gargoyle, he says to the lifeless sculpture, Why was I not made of stone like thee? The hope of life for this deaf and unloved man was far from him, and his feelings of loneliness and absolute worthlessness, led him to consider such a fate as to have never have lived at all. Without any real purpose but of that of playing a fool a for the entertainment of cruel people, left him without a meaningful purpose, something so important for a healthy life. 

 We however naturally gravitate to truth, for in it is life and the secret of the purpose of this existence. But for a life that struggles against the natural pull to the center, are those who unknowingly for most, choose instead, a death devoid of all meaning, a life of lies and the short term gains made possible by accepting what is untrue becomes them. They become fascinated by the shiny baubles so common to this world and so they choose false things and a misguided worship of the gods of this world. And by this decision and because of their defiant ignorance, they choose death over life; and death, as is life, are eternal. And so like the poor bell ringer in the story, they will become like what he longed for, they will become like the rocks. Ashes to ashes and dust to dust. The only difference, is that the rocks did not choose eternal nothingness. But they who once were alive, and once understood that life is worth so much more than is death, will  become what they chose while alive in this life and become like the rocks and stones, eternally dead. For a rock is a rock and forever a rock.   

Another Word

   Just another word about free speech. Understand that the key word in the phrase is free. Though truth is always superior to lies, with free speech you are free to speak of lies, rather than tell the truth. You are free to tell lies and spout nonsense if you choose. In short, in America, having free speech means that you not only have the right to be right, but you also have the right to be wrong. Today, our so called cultural elites don't seem to understand that. Or, the smarter ones among them do understand it, and thats why they fear it.  

 America fought the Nazis' in Europe during the war in Europe and on the other side of the globe against the Empire of Japan. But with our military so spread out across the the world, facist type thinkers were emboldened by what they saw as weakness, and for a time in the nineteen forties, the so called American nazi party marched openly in the streets and also held huge rallies, the most famous was held at Madison Square Garden in New York city. With such openly arrogant evil, Americans had to choose to allow these tyrant loving fools to be so openly against God and country. Gritting their teeth with anger no doubt, because these freedom loving patriots understood that under the laws of our country, and because of free speech, they had to suffer these evil fools and allow them to spew hatred and division. They, these Hitler puppets, as are all hostile forms of government, was big on the use of propaganda. The first goal of propaganda is to silence the free speech of those who refuse to toe the party line with the use of censorship. Sadly censorship is back in use, and if you know that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it, so far there seems to be little opposition to the political fact that our government has jailed people who dared disagree with the current administrations apparent disregard for free speech. Are they so naive as to think that if when in power the other side might well choose to do to them what they did to others? Censorship is the first giant step toward tyranny. They speak of losing our democracy, but in reality we are a Constitutional Republic. The main difference being because simply put, democracy means majority rules. If that were true the large cities would control the government, without needing the agreement and consent to smaller cities and towns. 

  This grand experiment of this unique form of freedom has been admired since its inception and admired by the rest of the freedom loving world. But today the values that made this country the envy of the world seem to no longer be important. They are! now more than ever.

  

Free Thinking

   Free thinking has no limits, needs no parameters, knows no boundaries or rules, except those of natural law. Earthly thinkers are limited to the realities of this life on this earth. They can dream about the future while remembering the past, but unlike their eternal counter-selves, they are unable to know more than what can be known, from this, our time. No matter how grand their dreams for the future might be, the limitations of time in this reality limits their opportunities. These well intentioned thinkers have so much to consider in such a short time. Because their vision is so cluttered and obscure, they do not know or believe that there are other realities all around them. They see the spiritual realm as fictional, they cannot see it, therefore it must not exist? An extremely limited point of view. 

  To be able to see beyond the limits of space ant time, to see and understand that there are many dimensions all around us with only our earth glasses on, is impossible. To see from beyond any and all limitations is only when we view things with the glasses from God. If you desire to be eternal, and be able to spend it unlimited by the boundaries of space and time, you must understand that you can only see that from the eternal realm, God's realm. This lifetime you now live, when seen and compared to a life eternal, is but a vapor, a puff of smoke, a dissipating nothingness compared to life eternal. Pure and perfect logic go hand and hand with free thought, and of course truth, for Truth, is the third and most important leg of this most stable platform. 

  Eternal life vs. this life is really no contest at all. This life with all of the trappings of the world. Wealth, fine foods and the best of everything, pales in comparison to the riches of an eternal life. Let me put it in terms that are easily understood. Given the choice between one hundred tax free dollars or one million tax free dollars, which would you choose? God controls trillions of billions of all that is in eternity, God is eternity. 

The Lion Inside of You

   There is a lion inside each of us. My lion hates liars! My lion roars and flashes his teeth at those who live to lie. Their whole being is a slander, they communicate with a wink and a nod. Do they not understand that a little light illuminates the room? As it is, people fear the light, they feel safer in the shadows, in the light all their flaws are seen, their actual selves are exposed, they are as if they stand naked for all to see, and so they choose to linger in the shadows. But you have been made in His image, created as intelligent beings, with lives of purpose and understanding, not of the mindless paths that we claim as our own. 

  America, you can no longer enjoy the luxury of apathy. We have hit the end of the road partner, there is nothing ahead except the darkness, we must turn one way or the other. They speak openly now of killing children. Openly as if it were only a subject of politics, they speak with a callous disregard for the yet to be born, by far the most fragile of children. Infants, babies yet to take a first breath of life. Not long ago, on an ocean beach near me, there was a great drama had unfolded. followed closely by the local news and even picked up nationally for a day. A mother whale had beached herself and she was pregnant and dying. But the unborn calf was still alive and so a great effort was made to save the baby. They worked into the night, but the baby whale died. By now a huge crowd had gathered to watch this real life drama unfold. When the calf died, many in the crowd cried, some wailing bitterly. 

  In reality, many of these same people so upset with the death of an animal, spoke of unborn children with a callousness and an apparent lack of concern when it came to human life. A child eliminated from their chance for life because it was inconvenient for one reason or another. What's even more amazing is that this issue will be the single issue reason that will decide their vote. In truth at it's core, it really isn't a difficult choice, because at its core, it is either a choice for death or a choice for life. 

  Understand that these choices ahead of us far exceed politics. They are on a higher scale, for it is a spiritual decision which is also at stake. What kind of nation do we choose to be, You see, life and death is a stark difference and easy to distinguish. But understand this, there is a spiritual decision that will also be made. God is many things, and one of them is Life. If we as a nation choose death over life, that will be the final nail in our coffin. By choosing life you choose God, choose death, and choose evil. make no mistake America, you will reap what you sow. 

Pride

   People say and are correct in saying that we are a country divided. The latest bulletin from idiot central is that we're weird. In a general way we are a divided people, but not yet fractured. Like everything in this life there are two sides to this coin also. No matter the argument, no matter the side you choose, in the end there are only two sides. Right or wrong, up or down, to or fro. The basis of all facts are two sided at their heart. The subject at hand is either true or it is a lie, alive or dead. What draws people to embrace any falsehood is the allure of the lie being put forward. Lies will promise you the world but leave you with nothing. This is because doing things our own way strikes a nerve that we have each carried with us from the beginning. It tickles our pride. 

  Pride, it is the basis of all sin, and is at the core of all that is wrong in life. The good news in the polls they insist on telling us, is that we are divided only in half. Good news? Two choices are easier to choose from, where as had the left succeeded in fracturing us into small manageable groups, forcing us as it were, into believing that we are isolated and alone but for the ever growing number of cliques, small groups rather than one people with only two choices. The old adage from history tells us that the easiest way to defeat a foe is by dividing and conquering them. A people isolated is much more apt to allow itself to be easily led. Our current government's leaders preach falsely to us from the pulpit of propaganda. They are committed to their cause, because they know full well the only way to forward their agenda, is by dividing and conquering. It is pride that drives people from wanting to know and accept the Lordship of the living God. Our arrogance has told us from the very first sin that we have no need of God as each of us is our own god. This of course is not new as it was the original lie told to Eve in the garden of life. There is nothing new under the sun. And so the words of God were spoken to a generation of people as far back as six hundred years before the first century, and still ring clearly true in this, the twenty first century. From the holy scriptures, we read of a prophet speaking the words of God to that generation who had left the hearing of God's words, choosing instead to listen to the false prophets who spoke of the wisdom of the world, rather than the wisdom of God. But through a prophet of the most high, God has him say to the people the following; Son of man, prophecy against the prophets of Israel who prophecy from their own heart. Hear the word of God! Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit and have seen nothing! Translation: If you put your trust into the false ideology of man, and of their limited wisdom and reject the perfect existence and wisdom of Almighty God, you are a fool, and your wisdom will die with you. Remember, the eternally dead don't think. Never have, never will.    

Alone

  Financial woes had become yet another beast to fight. Alone, I spend much of my time alone. It is a hard thing to be alone, but it will also make your perspective more precise, more focused. 

 From the Lord's perspective, his view is much different from ours. His vantage point is from a place much higher. Remember, He is beyond space and time, He views all situations from a position much higher than our own. He sees it all and he knows all. But here's the best part, He is willing to share it all. God's children may be a motley looking crew, but from among them there are great scholars. Much like here, there will be teachers who will guide you and aid you on your way through a true forever land. Being eternal is not something that you will understand immediately, for in the beginning you might still find yourself looking for clocks. In a short time you will learn that there are no clocks, for there will be no need of them, time will become irrelevant. When you stop learning you are dead. 

  Eternal life, how many of you have convinced yourselves that this is all there is, and that there is no life eternal? In a nut shell that's the humanist point of view, that we are our own gods. The funny thing is that their old adage which says, Eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we die is true. For them there is no life, for them, the here and now is all there is, eternity they say, is foolishness? For them, this here and now is all there is, for tomorrow they will become dead, and what there was of them will become, nothing forever. For when their time is up, its over! Death is the absence of life, death is eternal darkness, alone in an isolation that no living thing need think about. 

The alternative;  

  Besides the thought of endless knowledge, of having all eternity to answer all your questions, there is a beauty beyond describing that is well lit and completely visible. Not only is it well lit, the source of this light coming from He himself who you are now with. Eternal life is fine, but where will you spend forever and a day if not in a place of solid foundation. To be eternal you must have a place to be eternal in. Heaven is that place. The place of no tears fame, a place of everlasting Peace.  Heaven, this will be your home, a place more grander than any of us can imagine. But rather than me struggle at the keyboard trying to explain it, let me give you a glimpse of what our eternal home will be like, let the Word itself speak to you through scripture. The first two verses of Revelation chapter 22. "And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of the street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." America, our birthday has come round again. If our nation is to be healed, we must return to our creator God, and we must return to Him only with the Lamb Jesus. Eternity is always that, but for our nation to be healed and saved from the onslaught of evil, we, America, must return to the God of our fathers. Happy Birthday America, long may you live.     

Subliminally Sublime

   Subliminal is far from being sublime. Far because there are so many more negative results than ones for the better. It is a form of communication, but what specifically is meant by the word? Look it up in the dictionary if you want to be sure, but basically speaking, with subliminal is to speak one to another via a third voice. With sublimity, you never actually speak to the other. Unspoken directly, but hidden within the story at hand. By reading between the lines you might say. The third voice usually comes through like in television, radio, and computer screens. Subliminally speaking is to hide your meaning within the show, ad, or the script without really seeing it. In many ways it can be as a secret code, one where only the participants are the ones who understands it fully. Subliminal itself is a word that is neutral because it is equally capable for being used for bad purposes as for good purposes. Subliminal stands alone, as some see and understand it, but most don't. 

  Though it's true that using the subliminal form of communication can be used for good reasons, there are far more reasons to use it in a subversive manner. But like the gun, it can do nothing on its own, but only the user decides its purpose. The best example I could give you comes from back in my teenage years. There was a law suit or some kind of hullaballoo about the subject. The issue specifically was that during the playing of movies, an icy cold green bottle of Coke a Cola was flashed onto the screen. So quick, that if you blinked, you could miss it. There and gone in the twinkling of an eye. Not long after leaving the movie, you had a sudden urge for a coke. After-all, subliminal is hardly sublime. 

  Post Script, I couldn't help myself, I just had to look it up. Subliminal; below the threshold of conscious awareness. really a cool word.. 

20th Century Man Continued

  I'm a natural born twentieth century man. I come from a time when men were men and women were glad of it. From a time when every man woman and child of us were proud to be known as an American. Similarly, also as it still is today, America was the place to be, we were then, the trend setters of the world. And as it still is today, people from all points of the globe wanted to be here. So beyond just our simple pride, we understood our gratefulness, as there had been two world wars and America had never had a bomb one dropped on us. It wasn't us who had to rebuild our civilization. In both of these world wars, America had remained unscathed. Recently, we recognized the great cost of freedom, Memorial day, a day when we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and died for us so that we remained free, and we did. Even today, America is still free. No greater sacrifice can be made than for one to lie down his life for others. To be clear, it isn't that we haven't fought wars on this land at all. We have, since as late as the nineteenth century and back to the Revolutionary war, had foreign troops fighting in our country. We did in various lesser wars, but the most deadly of all with the largest numbers of Americans killed, was when we killed each other in a Civil War. It still the record holder for most Americans killed in a war. But again, in the twentieth century on up to the Y2k, the brink of the 21st century, no bombs fell on the United States of America. 

  Enter the twenty first century. Y2k should have alerted us, that this new century, the 21st, was going to be vastly different. About a year into this new century on September eleventh of 2001, we were bombed from within by Islamist terrorists. The hateful extremists hit multiple targets, specific targets, designed to really hurt. They stabbed at our financial pride by attacking the Twin Towers. They stabbed directly at our government  by attacking the capital city itself. They even targeted the heart of our military prowess, by attacking the Pentagon in Washington DC. There was another target in our capital city that was targeted, but that plane never made it. Because every day citizens like those in the past, didn't cower in fear, but fought back and saved many lives. Brave, gritty, tough, take no nonsense Americans sacrificed their lives to save others. Sound familiar? This was the beginning of a whole other time, one of fear and confusion. 

  So yeah, you can say I'm a twentieth century man, I wear it as a badge of honor. But in staying with the theme. The twentieth century club is not only one you join by your age, but there are also females within our ranks. People who love the truth and hate lies! And more importantly, people who are willing to stand unashamed against the madness and say NO! Enough stupidity, no more leading with hurt feelings, but rather return to common sense. We need men to remember manhood again and be themselves. This country desperately needs more Alpha males, or as the left calls them, toxic males? Toxic Males, it has a nice ring to it. Someone, hopefully me, will start cranking out Proud to be a Toxic Male tee shirts. I can see the sportswear brand already.  

     

Going Home

  Day upon day, hour after hour, it never stops. We are baffled by it all, befuddled and disappointed. We've been roust about, been through the mill. And just when you think that things just can't get any worse, the problems keep on coming, and there seems to be no end in sight. But if only for a moment, forget all the drudgery, and refuse to give in, and don't get caught up in the daily disappointments. Each of our lives are different, we are separate from each other and yet one people. Affirmation is what we demand, "Show me" is something you say, and a voice rumbles back and says, "Find Me". You have been dislodged from your post, adrift, awash in the trials of life. 

  How you doin friend we say while passing each other in the street, do you know the way home? They say that home is where the heart is, but the heart is a lonely sailor. Buffeted by the same winds it creates while chasing after whims. The soul knows what the heart desires, it knows what the heart has forgotten, and so naturally, the heart is drawn to the soul, as it holds the essence of what it is that you want but cannot understand. It is that emptiness feeling that gnaws at us all. Each of us have it, that empty feeling that we don't understand and cannot explain. It is like a hole in ourselves, that we do not see, but desire to fill. And so we wind up chasing what we do not understand, it is this mutual longing that each of us have. Some how, some way, we must find an answer to this desire for a meaning beyond ourselves. This is common, and a way of life for all of humanity. It is the peace of mind we lack, a freedom from worry, an end to relentless doubt. 

  The emptiness and longing that you just can't put your finger on, is the same longing that calls us home. Each of us has heard this call in the distance, for some faintly, while for others the sharp sounding of a resonant bell. But this calling to return home is from the home you have never seen, for this calling is from an eternal home, it is meant to be our destination after the trials and tribulations of this life have come to an end. Unlike this home, our intended eternal home comes complete with safety and joy forever more, forever. This home that we long for is not of the here and now, this home that we desire without ever having seen is our eternal home. Our bones which have risen up from the dust of the earth will one day return there. But this is not our intended home, our only true home is where God is, and our Lord God who beckons us. it is he, Jesus, who once walked among us. For only He knows the way home, for our true desire is to return to our Creator, it is God Himself who is missing in our lives, and only Him, Jesus, can show us the way home. And this is all we have always wanted but could never quite understand. We want safety, we long for peace and understanding free from any doubt or worry, we want to go home, and only through and with Him can we find our heart's desire, Home, eternally, safe at home forever and ever. Amen and amen        

Perfect Timing

  If it hadn't have been too early, it would have been too late. Perfect timing, it is so hard to achieve. But imagine if you can, having the ability that whatever your interest, having the power to have these interests manifest themselves into reality. At the spare of the moment, like the snapping of a finger, that you could create a reality, alter any situation, and create it in such a way that the logic of it left no room for chaos or confusion. 

  What would you do with such a power, how would you go about setting the play into action? This kind of power is as the sun is to light, self evident, one as the other, the same. If you were the type of person that is cluttered and confused, the worlds and their realities would be as you are, cluttered in chaos. Your creation would be as a testament of your personality. 

  God has always had, and forever will have, this kind of power. Though for Him, rather than with the snapping of a finger, His way is by speaking His thoughts aloud as spoken words. The age old objection has always been, coming from some point in the past, that God and science were mutually exclusive. In truth, not only are they not exclusive of one to the other, in actuality, one confirms the other. This world, our galaxy, the cosmos. All are not in the meaningless confusion of chaos. In fact, they are in perfect order, everything is what it must be. To everything a purpose, for everything a place. In a word, Perfection. 

  No doubt by now, most of you have heard the term "fine tuned universe." This perfection of all that is no matter the size, is the point of the source of the frustration felt, by those who stubbornly hold to randomness, and the everything from nothing theory. They berate those who believe in a creator, and deny the existence of God. But make no mistake, those who hold to the notion that God and science are separate and different from each other are all just well educated fools. They make light of those who hold to a great designer, a Creator of everything that was and is, and has yet to come. Because rather than the two being exclusive of each other, it is quite the opposite, One verifies the other because they are a part of each other. They mock those who's faith is in God. But what is their faith, everything from nothing? 

  God is perfect, and so the cosmos and all of its realities is, as is, the source of the words spoken in the beginning. Perfect, finely tuned, not chaotic, but rather, perfectly said and done as they must be. Perfection personified as our living God. And just as He is perfect, so is all of creation perfect. The perfection of all that is, a creation made perfect by its Creator, a creation so precise and so accurate. The stuff of great thought, from the thinker alive before time. He is the Lord our God, perfect and pure, for He and he alone is worthy of all our praise, all power and glory are His, and He has made a way for all people to come to where He is. A way, the only way, for He is the Way.  Amen

Chapter Fifty Two,

   The turning point for our people is at hand. For those who dare read it, Psalms chapter fifty two is that, this chapter of the book, this is about them. They all know it, they just hold it inside. They keep the truth they know bound up with lies. 

  These are the connivers, the shrewd liars, they are thick, covered in spider webs. And then to the neutral, but for the neutral for politics sight. You must ask yourselves, " neutral for what"? 

  Sadly as a proud American I must tell you that this is true for far too many of you. When evil has become simply a way of life. Woe! Absolute crystal clarity has evaded you, you offer up your children on the altars of Baal. 

  What would you do with a people who have become so perverse, so twisted? Your politics aside, you have much more important things to consider. What would you do with such a blood thirsty gang? God will punish those who run to resist Him, He will punish those who resist truth at all costs. 

  Seriously consider this passage of scripture, take a good long look at yourselves before you look to others in judgement. There is but one true judge of us all, and He reigns from a place of stature, of perfection, and purity.    

Limits

   America, my countrymen and my friends. Greetings, it's a sad looking day this morning. Gloomy, lot of rain. The overcast sky looks like a concrete sky, the ceiling over the day has a look of disappointment. 

  Limits, even patience has its limits. The clock of recorded time, you know the one, the one that tics off the moments of your life, that clock. The never ending clock. This clock, this overseer of time. There is always a count down of sorts going on somewhere. But this clock is on a cosmic scale, this is the clock that calls from a place where there is no need of time. America my country, who is it you will choose to be? 

  The short term answers are political in nature, and the most obvious political fix is term limits. Try getting your Senators to vote for that.     

A Triune Nature

   Just thinking of the triune nature of our God. Three individuals, three faces. Now of course, recognizing the face of Jesus is easy as he was once one of us. A historical fact that no one disputes. He became one of us for about thirty three years. Jesus the man was born and died here. 

  The Holy Spirit? Much harder to see because he is like the wind. Unseen and yet felt all around. The Spirit may not be seen, but his presence cannot be denied. The holy spirit as like the wind, no one knows from where it came or to where it goes. The Holy Spirit cannot be seen, but again, his presence is all around us. 

  But what of the other personality, that of God the Father, the father who Jesus prayed to directly. How do we see Him? The question brought the thought to mind how the Bible speaks of marriage. Scripture tells us that it is to be as a three strand cord that should never be broken. A man and woman wrapping themselves around Jesus, that is the three strand cord that can never be broken. 

  And so it is with the Godhead. Jesus and his holy spirit entwine them selves around the Father, and that three strand cord can never be broken. Unlike the atom, God cannot be split. A three strand cord that can never be broken! All power and majesty are with the One. The God of our fathers, whole, three natures but one God. Who else can dare compare of Him? All power is His, all that is of light and none of what is total darkness. One God, one creator, one master of all, one grand designer, the builder of all. The life force around which everything revolves. Everything with him and through him, and without Him, nothing can be. He reaches over the curtain of time, for with Him there is no limit. Mighty and powerful God, awesome, filled with wonder and all glory. To know him is a blessing, to deny him a curse. Surely you have felt the rumblings, surely, unless of course, you are already dead. 

  Come to God, come to the living entity from beyond time. Come to him and learn, come sit at his feet in perfect comfort. Join Him in His realm, join Him, for with Him is everything that has or will ever be. But desire this as a fine place with understanding, knowing. That, the only way to get to God the Father is through the sacrifice of His only son. A sacrifice, a bridge, the only way, there is none other. Worship the sacrifice of your savior and be forever grateful. For, through Messiah is the path of eternity, and going with Jesus is the only way to get there.    

H. I. (Human Intelligence)

   The complexity of any issue should never dissuade you from wanting to understand it. No matter the entity or the thought, all complex matters consist of many simplicities. To follow any subject that interests you, begins with your understanding just one of the simpler more obvious parts within the whole. Now that your interest has been piqued from the understanding of this simple part, this leads to understanding the smaller seemingly unimportant parts of the larger problem. This process repeats it self over and over again, until at some point you realize that this once seemingly insurmountable mountain appears no longer as impossible, but rather, by the connecting of the most obvious smaller truths like dots one to the other, leads to the understanding of the larger complexities revealing themselves, from the questions raised by how one smaller point connects to the other. 

  It is at this moment of understanding, that the logic of reality dawns on you, that complex matters whether physical or conceptual, consist of many smaller more obvious truths, and that all the larger seemingly complex matters consist of many smaller simpler parts. And, it is by following them, and connecting the logic necessary from the questions raised, as to how and why these smaller truths connect one to the other, leads to understanding the whole of the matter. 

  Now that Google's Gemini, and also, other brands of so called artificial intelligence have shown themselves only as artificial, and by Google's machine having had pulled the curtain back, we find not a miracle machine, but rather the mad ravings of a fool, and further proving, that these so called marvels of technology are incapable of any real thought, but only the foolish bias of the human that programs it. Maybe this obvious fact will lead you to want to know if in fact there is a perfect unbiased and truthful super intelligence? If you put your faith in these machines that were so trumpeted, advertised as being the next greatest thing, which in reality are so lacking in truth of advertising. In truth, they are nothing more than a brilliant marketing ploy. These huge super computers can handle, sort and collate incredible amounts of data, and certainly have their place in math and science, but to consider them the place to turn for truth and understanding, is a fool's game at best, and extremely dangerous at worst.      

Shelter from the Storm

   What had begun as a calm conversation between two men, now has risen in intenseness that the two were now yelling at each other. It didn't take long either, the conversation which had begun reasonably enough, turned as if on a dime, turned into anger and turmoil, and it devolved quickly into what it is now. In actual earth time, approximately five minutes is all it took. 

   People, when did we become so touchy and short tempered, more importantly, why? A spirit of darkness has hung over this land for too long. Clouds dark with fear and despair, now, are about gathering the spreading darkness into storm clouds that bring lightning and wind blown hail. Can you not see it, do you not feel the change in humidity? Mighty thunderclouds which are amassing now above us, they rumble, and they speak a warning of the ever closer storm, a storm like no other in this modern age. Bolts of lightning big as trees, rock like hail blown sideways by terrible winds. A true deluge of damp misery. 

  But there remains still a shelter from the storm. A place of refuge, a place of safety and peace. You cannot deny that you know Him, even though so many have tried so desperately. His voice can be heard from the canyons, a voice like the sound of many waters. He freely beckons to all,  will you still not heed it? 

A Sunday Conversation

  Lord keep me from compulsive action, For a matter must be considered before even our first utterance of reply or any other reaction. Your Wisdom echoes in my mind, deep from within, for as is the physical brain, the spiritual mindset is much the same. Perhaps the term, split personality might make it clearer. Our minds as are all other things, come from Truth. And again, as is everything else when it is truth that is the desire, after all the debate is through, and you have finally arrived at the heart of the matter, the answer is always a simple one, this is the way of logic, eventually you arrive that there are only two directions, it gets boiled down to the basics, Is it or isn't it, one is right, the other wrong. The coin of life is this way also. In what we now know, that everything that is is precisely as it should be. That both the largest and the smallest, The cycle of life follows this logic. In this finely tuned reality from the micro to the macro, scripture tells us directly and personally, you are as is all humanity, made in the image of God. Without God, you are you, and you is all you'll ever be. Two sides, and two sides only. A flip of the coin is for us all, the reality of what it is that we will be/. The coin you ask? 

  Well, to truly understand the answer, you must first answer a question. The very first step is often the hardest for many. When asked of yourself, you must agree to understand and admit, that He and he alone is God, and you are not. For on this two sided coin, on the One side is light and life, on the flip side? Not.   

The truth about mental health,

   Come back with me 50 years as I remember with you, the beginning of the end of our government's desire to deal medically with the depths of the mind. Back in those times, the congress decided that it was a waste of taxpayer money, and no real gains, financial or otherwise had come. So the decision was made as quietly as possible, to eliminate the nation's psychiatric hospitals. This no cure hope had become too expensive on the financial side, while from society's  bleeding heart demographic, came an outcry regarding the inhumane treatment of those patients housed in these facilities. The truth is that they were right, once these hospitals were thought of as just a place for housing. The grossly underpaid staff was expected to clean up after these patient throwaways. So with little pay and even less respect, is it any wonder why the places became hell holes of filth, and widespread abuse. 

  No matter how you might try to spin the historical reality, the fact is that the medical society were making great strides in healing the brain as another organ of the body, but when it came to curing the diseases of the mind, few if any had a clue. Thanks in part to that 50+ year gap in real science, you can understand why mental health patients without a loving family wander our streets. Some prone to violence, but most not. From a higher perspective, this failure to unravel the workings of the mind was in effect proof, that a higher mind was necessary. In effect, they would have to throw up their hands and admit, we just don't understand. But their bloated bank accounts and egos would never allow such an admission. 

  From some personal encounters with the problem, I can tell you, that still today, perhaps more now than ever, we are no closer in our science to understand the meaning and workings of the mind. The answer now again to the problem is exactly as it was so many years ago, Out of sight, out of mind. The good news is that our housing facilities are much cleaner, and the patients are afforded at least, some measure of respect. Thankfully, there are a devoted few who really do care about their patients health, and the deserved respect and dignity afforded all human beings. 

  The headlines today scream of the problem, and it is to our shame that we have failed to address it. These people are not throw aways, they come from all walks of life, a troubled mind knows no boundary of finance, race or creed. Most, is not all of them, were once respected members of their communities. There are exceptions, for many children are born with learning disabilities. I understand that approximately 24 % of our youth commits suicide, are you so certain that it could not happen in your family? The time for justifying ignorance is over. We proudly murder are unborn children, while at the other end, house our troubled citizens where they become, Out of sight, out of mind. Shame on us all!

    

 Memorial; Dr. Martin Luther King: 2024 

  Good Morning. I love the Lord Jesus, and one of His greatest examples of true love for this country, and a deep love and understanding for her people, comes from the life and Times of Dr. Martin Luther King.  A granite mountain of a man of God, a man who like Jesus, knew that his death was imminent. Dr. King was and is a great man, a man who became an icon of our shared history, for one simple reason, he told the truth. Being honest and telling the truth all the time is rarely easy, lying is easy, being a liar is easy, being a person of truth, is difficult to say the least. 

  The good doctor had the skills to be anything he wanted to be. He could have chosen the easy way and become rich. He chose instead to be the voice for the voiceless. He was not a rich man, he died in some cheap hotel somewhere in the south. He was murdered by a man chocked full of ignorance and hatred. Hopefully, we can right this ship we call America, I know that we can, whether we do or not is yet to be decided. It boils down to our willingness to use the simple tactic used by this Mt. Rushmore worthy American leader. The simple tactic? Start telling the truth. But in the wider view, Dr. King's power came from the Lord. He was a bible reading, the word of God believing, scripture spouting, simply put, a man who chose truth over lies no matter the circumstances. 

  Be a person of truth, start by being honest, even in the little things. Warning: Telling the truth is rarely easy, it takes a fortitude that most lack. Scheming and lying is the easier way. In the short term, lying may instill riches. Liars think nothing of gaining more wealth even if by so doing, will cause great harm to many. At the cost of the many, the liar prospers. But beyond our attention to citizenship and politics, in the short term, the only way to solve our problems long term, is to return to the strength of our foundation. Scripture tells us to return to our first love. Only the Lord Jesus can save us. But you are not called to any religion, because this is a spiritual matter. For only the One, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit desires to know you on a personal level. God makes it clear that He hates religion, and all sacrifices are made in vain, as none are necessary. So how do you communicate with a Spirit? By reading the Book authored by Him. As the great Apostle John gave us a different perspective on the creation story told in Genesis. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.  Amen
